Little Big Maths is a systematic and empathetic approach to supporting children in becoming numerate.
It is the accumulation of years of experience, knowledge gathering, and deep pedagogical thought distilled into 10 simple messages and a bunch of Progress Drives. These two areas are the ‘what to teach’ and ‘how to teach’ of Little Big Maths.
The outcome of using Little Big Maths should be that every child experiences a numeracy learning journey as if they were being taught (and tracked) by one teacher.
