When you complete our contact form or book a demo, we collect your name, school name, email address, and phone number. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry or arrange a demonstration of Big Maths. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (responding to a direct enquiry from a potential customer).
When you book a demo via our booking system (Microsoft Bookings), your booking information is processed by Microsoft. Microsoft’s privacy policy is available at https://privacy.microsoft.com.
Cookies
Our website uses essential cookies required for security and basic functionality (including Wordfence security). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be processed by Microsoft (booking system) and our website hosting provider (IONOS) as part of delivering our services. Both are bound by appropriate data processing agreements.
How long we retain your data
Enquiry and booking data is retained for up to 2 years, after which it is securely deleted unless we have an ongoing contractual relationship with your school.
